Like our name suggests, we help brands solve business problems through creative collaboration and experimentation. The company itself was founded on the premise of an ambitious experiment. Considering the creative landscape and industry in Indonesia, is it possible to create, develop and grow a creative agency where creative professionals can thrive with engaging work, love the craft of what they do for clients and also enjoy who they work with and report to on a human level? We don’t believe in narrow roles like ‘users’ or ‘consumers’, humans are far more interesting and complex and this applies to how we work with our clients and how we collaborate internally as a team. We don’t think purely ‘digital’ or ‘physical’, reality is more dynamic and integrated. This experiment is still ongoing, so it would be preemptive to say whether or not we've been successful.
