Garabedian Realty Advisors is an international real estate advisory firm specializing in net leased commercial real estate acquisition and sale-leaseback origination in Canada and the USA. Since 1989, the firm has developed an expertise in ownership structures for investment grade and other well located single-tenant net-leased (STNL) income producing properties. We represent investors, as principle, and from time to time will participate as co-investor.
