Gazifère, titulaire d’une franchise en vigueur jusqu’en 2031, dessert le vaste territoire situé entre Fort-Coulonge, Montebello et Grand-Remous. Présentement, le territoire de distribution couvre la ville de Gatineau, soit les secteurs de Hull, d’Aylmer, de Gatineau, de Masson-Angers et de Buckingham. Gazifère est une société de distribution de gaz naturel affiliée à Enbridge Gas Distribution de l’Ontario, et filiale d’Enbridge Inc., chef de file en transport et en distribution d’énergie en Amérique du Nord et à l’échelle internationale. *** Gazifère is a private corporation employing 92 people, and a subsidiary of Enbridge Inc. Serving more than 40,400 residential, commercial, institutional and industrial customers, Gazifère owns and operates a 931 km gas supply system. With a franchise effective until 2031, Gazifère serves the broad expanse of land between Fort-Coulonge, Montebello and Grand-Remous. Its coverage territory currently includes the city of Gatineau, which takes in the old municipalities of Hull, Aylmer, Gatineau, Masson-Angers and Buckingham. Gazifère is a natural gas distribution company affiliated with Enbridge Gas Distribution of Ontario, and a subsidiary of Enbridge Inc., a leader in energy transport and distribution in North America and worldwide.
