This is why we commission different designers to achieve a fresh and innovative balance between style and affordability. There are three divisions underneath the Gemmill Homes Group umbrella - Gemmill Homes, Gemmill Developments and Goodlife by Gemmill Homes. Gemmill Homes provides customers with a range of high quality, affordable residential homes with three levels of specification allowing for great customisation of product. Gemmill Developments specialise in developing and constructing units from single house behind house, to duplexes and onto multi-residential developments while also catering for the growing demolish and build market. Goodlife by Gemmill Homes is our entry-level home building brand and caters to first home buyers, downsizers and investors providing holistic new home and land packages, including our in-house finance service.
