gems world academy switzerland

A New Inspirational Learning Environment in Etoy, Switzerland Located in the heart of the La Côte region, GEMS World Academy Switzerland (GWAS) welcomes students from 3 to 18 years old and their families to join our unique educational community. In addition to top quality international teachers, we are the only school in the area to offer all three programmes of the International Baccalaureate® (IB) curriculum. Our academic programmes are taught in English with French as a second language. With over 30 nationalities represented in our student body, we celebrate diversity and believe that understanding and respecting it leads our students to becoming true global citizens. At GWAS, we help students develop their character, values, talents and personal leadership so that they achieve their full potential as global citizens and leaders of the future. We have a unique student wellbeing approach that puts our students at the heart of everything we do and our facilities are open to parents as well as students. We combine that educational heritage with some of the best contemporary facilities of any school in the region with our outstanding state-of-the-art Sports Centre (with two swimming pools, gym, dance studio, and climbing wall), our TV and radio studios, Music Academy and our World Language Learning Centre.
