As value added ADVISORS we engage in and deliver acquisition and divestment (exits) to our clients. We call it value added M&A. The COMMON DENOMINATOR is that we have all spent several years developing companies such as our clients and portfolio companies. This allows us to make a real difference. Between us we have realized more than 25 exits. Founded in 2004, 1CT started as a pure consulting operation. In 2007 we raised and established our Fund I, which allowed us to build the first group of portfolio companies in a separate management and investment company structure. In 2010, we successfully raised and established our Fund II with 1CT Management ApS as the dedicated management company, working with the existing portfolio from Fund I and new investments in Fund II along with M&A assignments.
