We believe in the power of employment to change lives. We prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers, and advocate for new approaches that will open up opportunities to everyone. We design, build and run accelerated training & employment programs supporting people facing barriers into thriving new careers. We exclusively work with people who are unemployed, under-employed or at demonstrable risk of unemployment; including some of Australia’s most vulnerable communities – women, youth, people with disabilities, First Nations people and more. Our programs are built with significant industry input, and provide employers with high quality, motivated and diverse talent. We also help build the capability of other education & training organisations, and work with government & businesses to transform the overall employment system.
