Genesys International Ltd.

Genesys International Limited is an industry leader in the development and manufacture of speciality membrane chemicals for RO/NF and UF systems. The Genesys™ range of antiscalants has been developed to allow maximum system recovery rates and the Genesol™ cleaning range is proven to reduce CIP frequency and operating costs. Our reputation is built around a team of specialist membrane industry experts and a network of over forty distributors, delivering our products and services world-wide. The Genesys Membrane Autopsy Laboratory in Madrid is recognised as a centre of excellence performing forensic work on operational systems giving our customers solutions to improve plant performance. In 2013, after extensive laboratory and field testing, we successfully launched GENAIRCLEAN™ an innovative method which uses dual generation micro-bubble technology to improve RO membrane cleaning efficiency. This new system helps reduce cleaning frequency, minimises chemical use and requires no additional energy. We have used our in depth knowledge of membrane fouling to design a cleaning system which incorporates specifically designed individual technologies to target key characteristics of typical foulants. When combined together into the Genesol range we can provide the most efficient means of operating a clean system. The GENAIRCLEAN system combines multiple cleaning mechanisms: Micro-bubbles –Normal Osmosis –Effervescents –Detergent, surfactant and chelants Our new antiscalant prediction software MEMBRANE MASTER 4™ is now available at www.genesysro.com MM4 uses up to date analyses, our in depth understanding of scaling species saturation index and feed water characteristics to accurately predict antiscalant dose rate and optimum operating parameters.
