Ghana Insurers Association is the trade Association of all insurance and reinsurance companies licensed to transact insurance business in Ghana. The Association was registered under the Companies Code, 1963 Act 179 on May 27th 1988 and was inaugurated by the PNDC Member responsible for Finance and Economic Planning, Alhaji Mahama Iddrisu on 7th October 1988. Ghana Insurers Association seeks to harness the collective voice of its membership to build and sustain a reputation and image of excellence for insurers through an enhanced business environment.
