Giocosa is a 501(c)3, foster care and adoption services agency serving foster children and foster families throughout Texas, with branches in Bedford, Belton, Brownsville, Hutto and Laredo. We are licensed by the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services and also partner with Our Community. Our Kids and the Texas Juvenile Justice Department. Giocosa serves youth ages 0 18 years and works with foster parents of all ethnicities, genders and backgrounds. For 30 years, Giocosa has remained focused on our commitment to matching foster children with loving and nurturing families. Giocosa is derived from the Italian word meaning the place where happiness dwells and we strive daily to create that environment for the children and families we serve.
