It incubates, makes and accelerates innovative solutions that address common problems of affected populations and the humanitarian community. With its incubator, fab lab, and accelerator pillars, the GHL functions as an enabler leveraging local and global capacity. The partnership is hosted by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).
