Globe International Group ("HKGIG"), a Hong Kong incorporated business, is established in March 2015, formed by a group of experts and senior members in tourism, air charter service and hotel operation who mainly engaged in investment in the respective fields. HKGIG is the holding company of Saipan Globe International Group ("SGIG"), a Saipan Registered Corporation doing business as (DBA) Saipan Globe Hotel and it is wholly-owned by HKGIG. SGIG is currently building a 536 rooms hotel in Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. The Project will require an estimated total investment amount of USD 76.8 million. Saipan Globe Hotel will be an independent, beachfront, luxury, 5-star, full-service resort hotel with 536 guestrooms and villas, restaurants, recreation facilities, banquet and meeting rooms, retail outlets, and other amenities. SGIG has leased the land for a period of 55-years (2016-2071). The hotel will be built with the world’s leading modularized steel structure design (i.e. modular units), and the hotel rooms will be prefabricated offsite and shipped to Saipan for assemble. Site work has commenced and construction is projected to be complete by the forth quarter of 2018, with operations anticipated to begin by then.
