The founding principal of the firm, Tim Grizzell, has over 17 years of direct real estate development experience. He has extensive knowledge in public policy, land use, housing finance, and residential development. Over the course of his real estate career, he has been involved in housing development with a total project value of $2 Billion with a delivery of over 5,000 residential units to communities in the western United States. Prior to real estate, Tim was a Navy SEAL officer.
