After successfully starting as a freelancers, our three founders sat down together and thought about the difficulties and the pains of starting as a freelancer early on in career. We really felt that there was a lot that can be done better, hence Gnonce was born. It all started to come together when we managed to create and validate our systematic process for starting a career as a freelancer. Today we have grown to a community of +10 tight knit experts, working in collaboration with high profile consultancies, talent agencies and end-customers. Our goal is to make starting as a freelancer easier and less intimidating for software developers. We differentiate ourselves from our competition by providing more personalized and social approach. For the new freelancer (Gnonsultant), this means a lots of coaching, mentoring and peer-support from others who have gone through the same process successfully before. For the established freelancers we are providing project opportunities, career development support and extended risk sharing model. And maybe most importantly: a community of highly driven peers to evolve, create new business and have fun with. Our biggest strength is to understand the market and tech from the software developers perspective.
