These programs provide quality, intensive English language instruction in such areas of study as General English, TOEFL Preparation, Business English, University Preparation, and American Culture; they are designed to assist students in enhancing their language and intercultural skills.Goal Training Educational Center, established in 1995, is approved by the Division of Private and Business Vocational Schools of the Illinois Board of Higher Education, CEA accredited, and authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant, alien students.
