Tim Wolsborn founded Good Deeds Mortgage in 2014. He was the only employee at the time, but it didn’t take long for the mission to spread and the company to grow. The company found a place to call home in the heart of downtown Pullman, Washington. Six years later, Good Deeds Mortgage doubled in size by opening an office in Tigard, OR and adding three more employees to the roster. From great customer service to low pricing, Tim founded Good Deeds Mortgage to be different. But he didn’t stop there. Good Deeds Mortgage exists to give. To date, GDM has given over $1.4 million to more than 100 causes. We do this by donating $2000 of every loan to charity. At Good Deeds Mortgage, your loan will never be just another transaction.
