Founded in 1918, Goodwill’s mission is to provide employment and employment support services to people with disabilities and others with barriers to employment. Goodwill is a non-profit agency governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, representative of the surrounding communities. At our Duluth location we currently provide employment and employment services to 250 people annually, while managing 14 retail stores in northwestern Wisconsin and northeastern Minnesota that financially support the agency. We are also focused on being eco-friendly as possible, as we strive to reuse and recycle all of the donations we receive. This keeps millions of pounds of materials away from landfills each year.
