GP down south is a not for profit, community based organisation providing health and well-being services in the Peel and South West regions of WA since 1994. In Peel, we operate Nidjalla Waangan Mia Aboriginal Health and Wellbeing Centre, the Peel Youth Medical Service, the 3 Tier Youth Mental Health Program, the Assertive Outreach Program and the Peel Mobile Health Service. In the South West, Down South Aboriginal Health, Integrated Primary Mental Health Care, Integrated Chronic Disease Care, Diabetes Education, Parenting Support Program and the 3 Tier Youth Mental Health Program are provided.
