The GRAP (Groupement de Ressources Autonomes Professionnelles) is a group of talented and experienced independent consultants offering specialized services mainly in Project Management, Change Management, Business Consulting, Business Analysis, Training and Architecture. Being part of the GRAP is a voluntary process undertaken by an independent consultant to showcase his professional skills, sense of ethics and quality commitment to his customers. OUR OBJECTIVES - Bring together a critical mass of seasoned consultants, competent and influential to allow them to offer, independently, value-added services to their customers by leveraging the depth and strength of the network in which each evolves. - Distinguish ourselves, using the GRAP’s branding, leveraging the excellence of its members and the quality of their services. - Contribute to securing mandates for members through partnerships with business developers, information sharing between members and access, by potential customers, to the Members Directory and their availability. - Maintain a strong and developing support network. - Provide coaching and mentoring when asked by one of its members.
