We are on a mission to foster sustainable development practice and promote the power of local community development initiatives. We are an INGO working to strengthen the capacity of local community development organisations around the world. In doing so, we seek to foster truly sustainable development solutions that are run by locals, for locals. - We develop innovative online learning resources to help build nonprofit organisation capacity - We collaborate with local community organisations, creating strategies to help them grow, access new sources of funding and build durable partnerships - We produce creative and engaging stories, promoting the power of local solutions to poverty Grassroots organisations are essential to the sustainable development of vulnerable communities. These organisations possess an intimate knowledge of local challenges like food security, education uptake, gender equality and economic opportunity. They are in a unique position to design and implement truly meaningful development programs that are a direct reflection of the real needs and values of locals - not those of outsiders.
