Green House Healthy creates healthy experiences. We are an educational platform and global advocacy group created to raise awareness for plant based diets and nutrition, plant medicines and holistic healing, as well as eco friendly practices, and all that promotes personal well being and the health of our planet. We are proponents for living a Green House Healthy Lifestyle. This includes encouraging conscious decisions that positively impact the health of ourselves, our communities, and our planet. Our goals include: Being a leading resource for anyone interested in improving their quality of life. Providing top quality education to health and fitness industry professionals. Supporting consumers by acting and reporting with honesty and integrity. Promoting the use of organic and biodynamic agricultural methods, non-GMO foods, and eco friendly practices. Green House Healthy is dedicated to promoting methods and practices that contribute to health and wellness, and the sustainability of our planet. We do this by hosting educational and athletic experiences, instructing fitness and nutrition classes, and by participating in athletic competitions. We are dedicated to giving back to our local and global community by raising money for several charities through our Charity Miles Team.
