OUR STORY Ascension Systems Inc. was incorporated in 2001 but began operations in 2004 as a training and consulting company. The company was established to assist organizations in creating or improving WorkFace Planning systems for the execution of large oil and gas construction projects. In 2006, ASI focused its activities in three key areas of expertise: consulting, training and assessments. In 2010, Group ASI Inc. acquired Ascension Systems Inc., and in 2011, a new subsidiary, ASI Assessments Inc., was created. In a year when many companies were downsizing, Group ASI went through significant expansion. Through the 2010s, we provided expertise to support organizations in developing Advanced Work Packaging and WorkFace Planning systems tailored to their company, their clients and their projects, and we provided private/custom and public-facing/open-enrolment AWP & WFP training courses (classroom-based and online). Today, our focus is on helping to advance project performance globally by organizing and delivering construction productivity thought-leadership forums to the industry (conferences, summits and virtual events). We partner with industry-leading organizations and associations from around the world to make this happen.
