Growing Pathways

Growing Pathways builds the capacities needed for a society that grows beyond sustainability. Our vision is a world where the divide between nature and culture is replaced by a regenerative evolutionary quantum leap. Its mission is to set new standards for cultures and action-ethics, across industries, disciplines, organisational forms, ecologies, and economies. We are co-founders of Pollination Academy and the Action University, both initiatives that transport the focus of human agents and organisations to a place where nature is no longer outside. We believe in imagination, and in giving imagination handles to work with. Imagination grows best when we act and engage ourselves in making a positive difference, be it ever so local and small. We continue to develop and improve these handles, through projects such as Culture 4 Climate (partners), NaTur i Byen (partners), Pollination Academy (co-founders), and Domes of Life (co-founders). We are your friends, mentors, learning path designers, mapping team, think tank stimulators, concept developers, action-researchers, and designers for process-supportive tools and prototype makers for a new, post-stragegic reality. A growing pathway is about sensing the world, acting on it as we walk the talk, imagining the way the path grows, and designing the guiding tools on the go, keeping each other sharp on how to keep improving. We work as much in partnerships as possible, to be able to cover more ground and to be able to inspire the world with our ideas and prototypes and to be inspired by close working encounters.
