Gryphon Capital Investments (“GCI”) was founded in 2014 by Steven Fleming, Ashley Burtenshaw and Henry Cooke with offices in Brisbane and London. GCI is an independent asset management firm focused on secured credit investments in fixed Income markets in both Europe and Australia, with current funds under management of approximately $1.8 billion. GCI is a deep-credit, research driven, low-volatility manager aiming to deliver strong and stable returns to our clients without the constraints of conventional benchmarks. Our approach centres on fundamental analysis, focusing on data and systems, to identify relative value across capital structures and asset classes within our investable universe of the scrutinized markets of Australia, United Kingdom and Europe. Risk management and capital preservation are an integral part of the investment process along with an emphasis on transparency and worst-case stress testing. GCI manages long only and bespoke mandates for high profile institutional clients in separately managed accounts.
