Among them Queen Elizabeth II, Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, Bill Clinton, Pavarotti, Angelina Jolie, Schwarzenegger and the world-class catering team served Pope John Paul II when he visited Pannonhalma. The Gundel Palace has a Queen Elizabeth (Sisi) Ballroom and 6 smaller rooms on the first floor. The almost 130-year-old Gundel Palace, with its rococo atmosphere and gold stuccoed Queen Elisabeth Ballroom, is one of the unique jewels of Budapest. It is a venue for elegant balls, parties, receptions and weddings, where the historical past and 21st century technology are both present. But you can also enjoy the Gundel experience outdoors in our atmospheric garden in the heart of the City Park.
