In October 2018, we dedicated our 500th home. In partnership with the community, Habitat works toward the ultimate goal of eliminating substandard housing throughout Pinellas County. Habitat provides "a hand up, not a hand out," selling safe, affordable and sustainable houses to qualified homeowner candidates with a 30-year, 0% mortgage.
