We specialize in microgreens, edible flowers and other specialty produce for discerning chefs and local families. We take pride in delivering produce within a day of harvest, and in offering unique varieties curated for our seasons. We use small plot intensive (SPIN) farming with multiple growing methods including hydroponics, above-ground grow bags and hoop houses. We never use synthetic pesticides, synthetic herbicides, treated seeds or GMO varieties.
