A few years ago, in order to deepen our level of services, The Northridge Financial Group and The Haunn Group began working together. We quickly realized our objectives were closely aligned around reducing complexity, simplifying finances as well as helping people make wise decisions surrounding their wealth. As such, you would be happy to know that we decided to merge. By understanding our clients’ core values we are able to offer clarity with respect to risk, investment, succession or estate planning on an entirely different level than other organizations. We commit to understanding the dangers, opportunities and strengths and we document the intent for how the wealth that is created can enhance the lives of their family and community. Our planning philosophy focuses on discernment-based communication. Discernment style uses deeper and deeper questioning to stimulate the client to reach their own best conclusions which is far more effective than through the delivery of external recommendations. Haunn Landers & Co believes a team approach is essential to achieving a coordinated and cohesive result and is confident that a team always outperforms individual advisors acting separately. We promote having the client’s advisors - accountants, lawyers, tax specialists, investment bankers, etc. around the table working together towards the client’s mission, vision, values, and goals.
