Settlers Hospitality consists of three hotels: The Settlers Inn, Ledges Hotel, Silver Birches Resort. Four restaurants: The Settlers Inn Restaurant (farm to table), Glass-wine.bar.kitchen (small plates style), The Dock on Wallenpaupack (casual water inspired eatery). The group also operates several amenity businesses such as The Mill Market, Art on the Edge, Lake Region Fitness, Cocoon Coffeehouse, Cocoon Catering, The Potting Shed & The Silver Birches Recreation Center. HOTELS All of our hotels are historic properties converted into hotels with modern amenities and historic touches. We have 76 keys and 101 room selections including The Settlers Inn (authentic arts and crafts lodge), Ledges Hotel (industrial contemporary boutique hotel), and Silver Birches (vintage lakefront resort). We participate in Historic Hotels of America, Select Registry & Green Lodging with the Delaware Highlands Conservancy. Our hotels have a very high standard of hospitality with a strong focus on the guest experience. We offer tours of the property upon arrival, welcome folders with our area amenities, and a pet friendly attitude. RESTAURANTS Our restaurants range in cuisine style, price, and décor. The Settlers Inn is a farm to table fine dining experience in the historic Arts & Crafts dining room or on our terrace overlooking an extensive garden with over 100,000 perennials. Glass-wine.bar.kitchen is a tapas style sophisticated casual dining establishment, set in a gorge next to the Paupack High waterfalls. The Dock on Wallenpaupack is a casual style eatery with a vintage and seafood focus located on the shoreline of Lake Wallenpaupack. The Settlers Inn has the highest price point, followed by Glass-wine.bar.kitchen, and the lowest price point is the casual fair at The Dock on Wallenpaupack. Cocoon coffee house is a locally roasted coffee shop and quick service breakfast location, available at the Hawley Silk Mill and Silver Birches Resort. CATERING We specialize in weddings with over 100 celebrations annually. We offer catering services on multiple levels for all occasions. At the Waterfront at Silver Birches we feature a 300 seat event facility with lake views, our Undercroft at The Settlers Inn features 150 seat fine dining event space, and we have multiple 50 seat meeting and private event space. We also offer catering with Cocoon Catering for functions in The Hawley Silk Mills Boiler Room & off site locations. AMENITIES Our hotels offer our guests a quality experience with modern amenities, historic charm, and exemplary service. We offer our guests free access to our gym and yoga studio as well as maintaining outside membership for the community. The gym holds classes free to members 7 days a week and additionally sells day passes. Our market is all local organic producers and provides our hotels with items such as foodie baskets, truffles, gifts and additional add-ons. We offer retail to our guests at Art on the Edge, the Potting Shed at The Settlers Inn, and the Recreation Center at Silver Birches. We are now offering Kayak, SUP, and Pontoon boat rentals for our guests and members of the community. Day passes are available at Ledges & The Settlers Inn for those guests to use the waterfront recreation at Silver Birches. Guests are welcome to travel between the properties already but the addition of Silver Birches adds a pool, lake activities such as fishing, boating, and the sunset champagne toast.
