Our Occupational Therapists work in the area of soft tissue therapy and focus on the interrelationship between occupational and soft tissue function. Neuro-muscular techniques are used to enhance functioning of the neuro-musculoskeletal system. We aim to enhance the spinal muscular system in order to influence symptoms and effectively deal with the cause of dysfunction. Therapists combine stretching and strengthening programs with environmental and occupational considerations, to help decrease pain, restore movement, resolve and prevent injuries and optimise overall body function.
