The Health, Education, & Technology Institute (HETI) is a 501(c)(3) health education and healthcare consulting organization. Our non-profit is taking a strategic direction that will use our expertise in community outreach, rehabilitation & recovery service delivery, and operational management to create with local and national leaders the first Medicare compliant Rehabilitation & Recovery ACO. Based on community and health professional feedback, we are going to focus on the following programs: (1) Women's & Maternal Health including Early Intervention for high-risk, preterm infants (2) Pain Management & Substance Abuse Recovery (3) Chronic Health & Life Skills Management for Children and Adults with Disability due physical, cognitive, and/or psychiatric Impairment and the families who care for them Please join our initiative to create a collaborative effort to bring health scientists, health information technology, public health experts, and health plan administrators together to achieve the triple aim of healthcare reform: better health of the children and adults who reside in our country, evidebce-based healthcare from our licensed healthcare and public health professionals, at reduced cost to all of us...consumers, providers, and payers.
