Healthcare Express

HealthCARE Express (HCE) was founded in January of 2006 in Texarkana, TX. Our first—and original—clinic is the Richmond Rd. location. We own and operate medical clinics in the state of Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. We originally owned and operated walk in Urgent Care centers, but in recent years we expanded our model to include other medical practices. Today, HCE owns twelve (and growing) urgent care and occupational medicine clinics, a Physical Therapy clinic, an Imaging Center, an Interventional Pain Management clinic, a Dermatology clinic, a 24-hour gym, and a daycare facility focused on leadership and personal growth of its students versus just being a baby sitter for children. At HealthCARE Express, we have focused on developing an infrastructure to support our growing clinics by including our own billing, marketing, and staffing metrics programs that are unique in the industry and give us a competitive advantage. In 2014, we finished a 16,000-foot expansion of our original building that allowed us to open our interventional pain management clinic, physical therapy clinic, and imaging department downstairs as well as our billing department upstairs. HCE decided it needed to be an expert in medical billing if we were going to continue to grow. We started taking on other clients besides HCE, and in January of 2015, created a new medical services organization called Medical Practice Success. We like to pride ourselves on staying true to our company values and purpose. It’s even on our name tags! Internally, we promote amazing customer service, financial success, an awesome place to work, and great medical care! Our purpose is to serve our communities, provide a WOWZA experience for our customers, and to leave a legacy of leaders. Because of this, our company is VERY involved in local community projects or charities.
