We do this through providing building commissioning and energy audits, cost-benefit analyses, indoor environmental assessments, detailed reporting and world-class communication. Since 1980, Healthy Buildings has been dedicated to meeting the long term sustainability needs of the construction and real estate industry. We have completed over 12 million sf of energy audits, 5 million sf of retro-commissioning (RCx) projects, and dozens of new building commissioning (Cx) projects. With a pragmatic and problem solving approach to business-minded sustainability, we have grown to become a leader in our field. We are currently participating in utility-funded energy efficiency programs across the country and have numerous LEED energy projects underway.
