Healthy Kids First, Inc aims to empower young people with the information and skills they need to make smarter food choices, transform their environment and embrace a healthier lifestyle, and in a format thats engaging and fun. We believe we can put a stop to this growing epidemic, and set our children on course to happier, longer, and more productive lives. Inspired by many successful programs such as Jamie Olivers Food Revolution, We believe that with time, effort, and a bit of interactive involvement, children can be taught better eating habits using cost-effective alternatives. Through her specially designed, live-on-campus presentations, she explains the nutritional value of food as well how to prepare it in ways which are fresh, healthful, delicious and best of all, easy. Students learn how to identify quality foods at fair prices, and develop creative recipes that stretch family meals on a budget. This knowledge doesn't just teach children how to eat: "It teaches them how to live!"
