Heatweed Technologies

Norwegian-based knowledge company with more than 35 years’ experience with various weed control methods used in green sector and agriculture. We develop, produce and supply high-quality machines for professional use. From startup in 2013 Heatweed have expanded from Scandinavia to, by 2018, opening 18 countries all over Europe and establishing several local Heatweed offices. In 2017 Heatweed acquired Dutch company WAVE Weed Control B.V., forming Heatweed Technologies GmbH and Heatweed D/A/CH GmbH, in cooperation with German Max Holder GmbH. The Heatweed Method is thoroughly tested and well-documented. We collaborate with several major research institutions in Europe and North America to prove our concept. The Heatweed Method achieves systemic effect on the plants roots, which results in longer regrowth-time and less treatment requirement. The Heatweed Professional Series offers a range of machine models for various areas of use, providing the highest capacity on market and the lowest m2-cost compared to any other chemical free weed control method. Heatweed’s Invasive Species Reduction Program (ISRP) and our knowledge of fighting invasive plants without chemicals have gotten world-wide attention, and we are often invited to speak at international events. ISRP includes a training program, a cloud-based software for planning treatments and generating reports, an app for onsite documentation and specially designed spears for our hot water weed machines. The Original - The first to provide hot water weed control machines with proven effect The Innovator – Constantly chasing and testing new machine solutions and non-chemical methods The Market Leader – Best documented method and most sold machines in Europe
