Annual full-time salary equivalents vary ($140-300K) per applicant’s qualifications, experience and level of time commitment with sign on/clinical quality performance/time commitment bonuses. All new associates are assessed for clinical competency and are oriented with our clinical diagnosis and treatment planning guidelines. All clinicians participate in a team based approach to patient care with ongoing clinical quality feedback/calibration. We offer ongoing continuing education via hands on and online courses on hellolearn and through one on one clinical mentorship.
