It manages facilities owned by Hertsmere Borough Council, Hertfordshire County Council, Three Rivers District Council, Milton Keynes Council and a health & fitness club in Ealing/Southall. It is also the Lead Agency selected by Hertfordshire County Council to develop 11 Childrens Centres in Hertfordshire.
