Situated within the winery, Tierra Sur Restaurant boasts seasonal cuisine, utilizing California produce fresh from local farms. The menu is rustic and ingredient driven, offering items such as pomegranate marinated lamb, aged rib-eye steak and wild king salmon cooked over an open flame.
