Higher Technological Institute (HTI), is a private, co-educational, land-grant, research institute located in Egypt, 10th of Ramadan City. It was founded by Prof. Mustafa Kamel on 27 October 1988, according to the law of non-profit national higher institutions No. 52 of 1970, offers its services to students from the entire Arab world.
