Supported through a well-resourced 0800 contact centre with convenient opening hours (8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday) Home Direct offers customers a quick response time with the trademark Home Direct personal touch. Services include: revolving line of credit (Lifestyle Account), home delivery and gift cards. Membership: Direct Selling Association (we are currently the only member which runs mobile shops). Home Direct complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act, Financial Advisers Act, Electronic Sales of Goods Act and Sales of Goods Act, with the last independent audit carried out in March 2012.
