homes development corp

Homes Development Corp, established in 1986, by John A. Esserian is a residential homebuilder and developer specializing in traditional single-family dwellings. We have constructed scores of homes in Lexington and the surrounding communities - each one of them meticulously built with pride and to exacting standards. With over two decades of experience in the development and luxury building industry, our team has worked tirelessly to design and build homes of the absolute highest caliber. Our team is committed to hands-on service, accountability and craftsmanship. A buyer of a Homes Development Corp home should know that they do not have to worry about nagging problems or builder callbacks. To us, building a home that the buyer doesn't have to worry about is the most important part of the process. The buyer's satisfaction is our number one objective, and we set the local standard for quality and amenities in our new homes. You will notice an obvious difference in our homes by just driving by them. Besides being known for building the highest quality home, our impressive reputation, and our longevity in the community, Homes Development Corp is a recognized leader in the area.
