To further our mission, Applied Behavioral Rehabilitation Institute dba Homes for the Brave operates five housing programs and three supportive programs that provide valuable services to Veterans. Housing programs include Homes for the Brave, Madaras Home for Women Veterans, Homes for the Brave - West Haven (2 homes), and Waldorf House. Supportive programs include the HFTB Veterans Service Center, which provides immediate basic needs services and referrals for Veterans who are experiencing housing instability, the Clinical Treatment Program, which offers clinical counseling for Veterans in the Bridgeport area dealing with mental health or substance use issues, and the Training for Success Vocational and Educational Program, which provides support to Veterans seeking employment and education to increase their income.
