Horizons has been offering support to individuals with developmental disabilities and other special needs for nearly 40 years. Founded as a summer camp, Horizons has since expanded to offer year-round opportunities through Supported Employment & Options, Supported Living, and Educational Support Services. Today, the organization supports nearly 1,700 people annually by focusing on each person’s capacity and talents while responding to the changing needs of families, individuals, and the community.
