The Air Force Engineering and Technical Services (AFETS) program is the primary source of engineering and technical services for the Combat Air Forces (CAF). AFETS personnel are Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who deliver expert field level technical assistance, training, and sustainment on complex aircraft and cyber/communications weapons systems, enabling and enhancing aircraft sortie production capability as well as cyber/communications weapons system security and availability in garrison and deployed.
