This has enabled the company to provide advice and counselling to both Employees and Employers (but not in the same cases as we cannot act for both sides) in bringing about amicable conclusions to the employment of the Employee. We understand bullying, collusion, when to apply the 'Overlapping Disputes Rule' and we are experts on all discrimination laws. Additionally, we run a helpline for employees and employers. We provide specialist training for First Line Managers delivered by experts to protect Organisations against accusations of not protecting staff for which they are vicariously liable. As well as providing an independent investigation service, we will train line managers and HR teams to conduct internal workplace disciplinary/grievance investigations.
