Paul holds a BSc (Quantity Surveying) from the University of Dublin, Trinity College, a Barrister-at-Law degree from the Honorable Society of King's Inns and a PhD (Law) from University College Dublin. Paul previously worked for a leading Irish consultancy as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, prior to practicing full-time as a Barrister. Paul also lectured law at University College Dublin for a number of years. Now Paul devotes all of his time to HCCR.
