Hughes Private Capital is a family-run, conservatively-managed, private real estate investment company based out of Reno, Nevada, founded by Greg Hughes and Steve Sixberry. As of March 1, 2022, Hughes and Sixberry have profitably bought, sold, managed, and/or financed over $207M in real estate assets. Together, they manage four investment options and run four operational companies. Hughes Capital’s two primary investment principles are: 1) Preservation of Principal, and 2) Consistent Returns on Investment.
