Hunt Developments (UK) Limited provides sub-contract manufacturing services, including injection moulding, precision cleaning, inspection, assembly, packaging & sterilisation, to manufacturers and suppliers of Medical Devices and Healthcare Products. Hunt's process customer products; including Orthopaedic, Fixation, Orthobiologic, Woundcare, Pharmaceutical Dispensers etc; within a variety of cGMP FDA Audited environments. Those environments include validated ISO Class 6 (US Federal Standard 1,000) and ISO Class 7 (US Federal Standard 10,000) Cleanrooms. Hunt's growing number of services include inspection, ultrasonic cleaning, component disinfection/sanitization, simple to complex device assembly, vertical form/fill/seal sachet filling, bulk mixing/manufacture and thermoform/fill/seal blister packing. Hunt are now entering our 30th year of successfully providing these services to all sizes of manufacturer - and continue to grow with exciting new developments in the industry.
