HydroInfo

Hydroinformatics Solutions, or simply HydroInfo, is a brazilian consulting company in the fields of hydraulics, water resources and environmental engineering formed by a team of experts able to offer intelligent and practical solutions to the most diverse and complex challenges related to water environments. The company was established in 2009 as a DHI subsidiary in Brazil, providing consulting and marketing services and providing training in DHI modeling tools. From 2019 DHI Brasil, as it was known, became an exclusive representation of DHI in Brazil, changing its name to HydroInfo. The company's line of business, however, has remained unchanged and can be divided into three main activities: - Consulting; - Software commercialization; - Training and qualification.   HydroInfo has developed projects in Brazil and other countries in the areas of ports, coasts, rivers, estuaries, oceans, water resources and water quality. The expert advice offered involves field investigations, data analysis and mathematical modeling studies. Modeling studies are usually conducted using world-renowned MIKE Powered by DHI modeling software and widely dominated by HydroInfo's technical staff. The close partnership with DHI enables HydroInfo to participate DHI experts in the projects developed by the company in Brazil. This contributes to the work quality and facilitates access to DHI's continually developing technologies.
