The program provides the mindset, skills, knowledge and tools to do so. In the program students learn the business skills and acquire the attitude it takes to bring their innovative idea from conception to market. They learn how to develop a scalable business model and the MVP (minimum viable product) with attention to value proposition, customer segments, distribution channels, customer relationships, revenue models, partners, and resources, activities, and costs.
